 For those that missed the skype session with Helen yesterday. Here are some key things that felt prominent to me.

Can we use personal pronouns in the report?

Yes. Use both personal pronouns and not. You may write in 1st person, if it seems fitting. Keep a balance of both writing styles. Make sure it does not sound too anecdotal, keep formality. Do not have every sentence starting with I.

- The analysis section is a very important stage of the report. It is the synthesis of information. 

- Remember the use of subconscious bias

- The dates that the literature is written can be pivotal. Giving the writer context and reasoning.

- Give the reader context, directly quote writers or interviewees if relevant. 

- The themes are a product of your analysis of data! 

- With the data and information, make it your voice and interpretation. Reshape it to make it yours. 

- There will be no definitive conclusion at the end. Questions leading to more questions. We are only scratching the surface of our topic inquiry.
